Supply Chain Management

We are identifying the steps to find the right balance between manufacturing, inventory cost, and transportation cost. Which includes lead time, on-time delivery price decisions. Price is based on inventory cost which includes shipping. And it can vary from 599 to 2500 depending on the item.

Orders are placed after the count of inventory has been made and are done based on the most sold items and quantity left. Once the order is made it takes about 2 weeks to get to the U.S. and once it is here it goes straight to the warehouse and depending on the storage space it stays in the warehouse until it is ready for delivery. Once the customer has paid in full or created a payment plan a delivery day and time is arranged, based on the customer availability. From there all necessary steps are taken into consideration, for example, preparing the item a day before or hours ahead before it leaves the warehouse to ensure or arrive on time. And ensure there is if there's an issue that can be addressed. After delivery customers have 24 hours to report any damages from there the same process is done for every sold item.
