An inside look into the Liquidator Group's Process Analysis:
The employees and other members of the staff are the ones who place and fulfill the orders for the clients. The client will pick out the product they desire but it is the staff that will take it from there on.
Once an order is placed, it is sent to the warehouse electronically. The product will already be delivered to the warehouse since it was ordered in bulk to supply the warehouse in advance where it will go through the extensive quality control inspection before being attached to the final order number. Once the product is pulled from the stock floors, the product is then placed for a restock order. As the level of inventory reaches a certain number the order for the restock will be placed with the manufacturer to insure inventory levels remain steady and to insure future orders can be fulfilled and honored by the company.
As products are delivered and shipped from the warehouse, an inspection on the process is held to guarantee efficiency and cost saving techniques. As time progresses and new technology and practices are discovered, the company will reevaluate their process and may attempt to introduce new ways to the process so that the company can remain a competitive and sustainable business in the future.
