The Liquidator Group takes an initiative to maximize the value of the company's business activities by removing any type of wastes that may effect the company. In do so, The Liquidator Group takes on a Lean Management approach in order to create efficient workflow due to customer demand in the workplace. Since the company has products that are being shipped every single day, these products also correlate with the items that are being sold every day within its daily business activities. This means that the type of items being purchased and how fast those items are being purchases by customers effect the products that are being shipped daily. This type of system and approach allows for the company to be able to eliminate the possibilities of having an excess amount of inventory during its daily business activities. Running our system this way also removes the waste of having an excess amount of transportation within the company. Since the products being purchased correlate with the products that are being shipped, this removes the possibility of the company having to move and handle the products in an excessive manor through our delivery and shipping process, and also takes away from the possibility of damage and deterioration of the quality of the products during the process. This will allow the company to focus more heavily on the quality of its products, removing any types of defects in the products that could possibly cause the company to pay unnecessary costs and lose the customer's goodwill and support. Taking on a Lean Management approach really takes the company toward the next step of being a high efficient business.
